To Major ExpressWays:
From the BCEC, drive Eastbound on Summer Street to Pump House Road (traffic signal after D Street).
Turn right on the Massport Haul Rd.
At the rotary, turn left onto Northern Avenue.
Make the first left onto Congress Street.
To go to I-90 or I-93 Southbound, make a left on D Street.
To go to I-93 Northbound, stay on Congress Street until you see the entrace ramp at B Street.
